Party Recap

We decided that we were going to go all out for our son's 5th birthday bash, and he couldn't decide on what theme he wanted until 3 weeks before the party - super hero legos! It was actually a surprise party - he didn't know what was happening or when it was happening.

It was a scramble to get everything together, vendor certificates for the park, decorations, etc, but it was definately worth it all the hassles to see look on his face when he had arrived with his godfather.!!

Party Highlights

  • What People Ate

We had a food truck on site that made grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, sliders, & fries for our guests.

  • What People Drank

water, soft drinks, juice boxes - mainly water because of how hot it was outside!

  • Desserts

For dessert we had our dessert table with a variety of candies, homemade cupcakes and homemade cake as well as an ice cream truck!

  • Party Favors

All the kiddos left with a bag a t-shirt with a lego figure printed on it, a super hero whistle, a lego magazine, and a bag of brick candy!

  • Activities / Games

We had a jar filled with lego for "guess how many", we had a DJ blasting one direction and other pop songs for the kids. There was a craft table where they were able to decorate their own super hero masks, and colour lego colouring pages. There was also a face painter so they could look like their favourite super hero!
