Jacob's 6th Birthday Baseball Party

My son, Jake, had been planning his party for months, carrying a list of to-do's around. Even if it was in the middle of winter...he wanted to celebrate with baseball! We had a blast planning it all out...from the MVP banner to favors to using a small part of Dad's huge baseball card collection as props!

• Best Moment

  Watching Jake sitting in the middle of all of his friends, opening gifts! This was his first, in his memory, big kid party. And after planning a few for his big sister, he was quite excited to be the center of attention!

• What People Ate

  We served ballpark goodies...hot dogs, chips, popcorn and Cracker Jacks!

• What People Drank

  Baseball water and fruit juice!

• Most Touching Moment

  He told me it was his 'Best Day Ever' after all of his friends had left. Made it all worth planning a party in the middle of three other holiday parties that same week!
