Isabel's fairy and troll birthday party

For Isabel's enchanted fairy and troll 5th birthday party, each child was greeted by a fairy as they entered. The fairy showed the girls to a seat where they could put on fairy wings and grab a wand. Boys were greeted by the fairy and taken to boys table where they grabbed a troll vest and some troll sunglasses. Each child was also given a balloon with their name on it which was tied on the back of their chair and acted as a place card. And this is where the fun began...

• What People Ate

  For the fairies and trolls, they ate mini grilled cheese, mini pizza, and pigs in a blanket. For the adults, there were avacado toast, quiche, and mini croque sandwiches.

• What People Drank

  For the fairies and trolls, they were served Isabel's favorite fairy juice. For the adults, there was rose wine, beer and other refreshments.

• Desserts

  For the fairies and trolls, they were served mini chocolate crossiants, homemade Oreos, and fruit kabobs. There was also a rainbow birthday cake, candy bar and cake pops.

• Party Favors

  For the fairies- Lottie fairy doll, personalized notebook and fairy pen, fairy book, fairy necklace, mini fairy wand, chocolate bar and Hershey kisses. For the trolls- sling shots, personalized notebook and troll pen, troll book, Hershey bar and Hershey kisses.

• Activities / Games

  For the fairies, they painted fairy houses and each were given a mini fairy for their house. For the trolls, they painted troll houses and given mini Pokémon characters (since my daughter insisted I give the boys these characters. Not theme appropriate, but a successful match for the boys)! Face painter and Hair stylist the braided hair and gave the girls flower crowns.
