Party Recap

I had a great time putting this party together for my daughter's 9th Birthday. At first I was a little concerned because the majority of cupcake decorations/items are for 1 and 2 year old children, but to my surprise I found a lot of items to make her party a huge succes..and not to mention making some of the decorations with my cricut made it even more special =o)

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

    Cupcakes / Cupcake Cake Pops

  • Activities / Games

    1. Decorate Chef Hats 2. Balance a cupcake on a plastic knife the longest 3. Decorate a cupcake blindfolded the fastest

  • Best Moment

Going through the pictures and seeing my daughter and one of her best friends with the biggest smiles I have ever seen on their faces..literally laughing out loud!!

  • What People Ate

We kept the food simple (pizza and salad) being that there was over 140 cupcakes and I knew that they would also be eaten in addition to decorating =o)

  • What People Drank

Variety of 2 liters (lemonade, orange soda, etc.)

  • Most Touching Moment

When my daughter told me Thank You for an awesome party =o)

  • Funniest Moment

When they were playing the balancing a cupcake game and it came down to the final two girls...they were so good at it I had to keep improvising...first they had to close their eyes and then they had to stand on one foot..needless to say after awhile I declared them both winners and gave them each a prize.
