Hailey's 3rd Frozen Birthday Party

I handmade many of the decorations and used the Elsa and Anna characters from the boxes of the merchandise to make things.

  When the birthday girl wore her Elsa dress and got to open her Elsa/Anna Shoes.

  Made the Frozen letters out of cardboard, along with the two backdrops and ice chips and spray painted them with glittery blue for the letters and silver and clear glitter for the backdrops and ice chips. I also spray painted fake flowers, silverwear containers and made the wine bottles.
