Gabi loves playing in water, so a Hawaiian splash party was the perfect way for friends and family to celebrate her first year! Children range from 1yr to 9yrs

    Ocean fun (swimming pool, and slip and slide), Sandy Beach (sand box and beach chairs), Volcano bubbles (bubble machine and individual wands), Pineapple Bowling (bowling set), Tiki Hut (ball pit with plastic balls and beach balls), Ancient Hawaiian Petroglyphs (colorful chalk, chalkboard, fish scratchers from oriental trading), Hula Fun (Hula hoops), Watch me grow station ( Video of her first year played throughout party, also had photo albums and baby books for guest to look through), Find your Hawaiian name (computer for guest to look up Hawaiian name, and Aloha name tags), Hawaiian music played throughout party (pandora)

    Everyone had a great time, even the adults. What a great way to celebrate her first year!

    Sub-sandwiches, nachos, fruit kabobs, veggie plate,kids had beach shaped sandwiches

    Made Hawaiian lava flows, sweet iced tea, and strawberry and lime lemonade at our 'dry' tiki bar

    Hi! Thank you all very much. So embarrassing just now seeing your comment and question. Prob doesn't even matter any more but just in case....the background is actually an old display my husband brought home from work, (he works in retail) I just added a few things to make it more Hawaiian looking, like the flowers and grass curtains from oriental trading.
