Father's Day Brunch
ByParty Recap
Instead of doing our usual BBQ for a Father's Day Celebration, I suggested we do a Father's Day Brunch! The idea was a hit, and the food was outstanding. I prepared mini baked omelets, and egg white omelets, Peach French Toast Bake, Cheesy Ham Hashbrown Casserole in the Crockpot, Banana Pancakes, as well as, Blueberry Pancakes. As you can see from the pics, it sure was a fun day. My sweetie helped me with the oragami dress and shirt place cards. The idea first came to me from a shirt napkin I saw. I also did my tablerunner out of very inexpensive wrapping paper, found at .99 Store. All in all, I was very pleased with the decor.
My next event will be a Bat Mitzvah Open House on July 28th, so watch for those pictures too.

These kept great in the fridge for three days. My kids take out a couple, pop them in the microwave. 30 sec. later they had a tasty bfast ready to go!
