Coraleigh's Mermaid 1st Birthday Party

We decided to do a mermaid theme for sweet Coraleigh's first birthday. I've been planning this party since the day I found out she was a girl. Every detail that went into this was very well planned out. We made cake pops, macarons, sea glass candy, mermaid popcorn, mini cheesecakes in a jar, mermaid Rice Krispy treats, chocolate covered strawberries, sea snails (aka pigs in a blanket), shells and cheese (macaroni and cheese), seaweed dip (spinach dip) with crackers, mini peanutbutter and jelly fish sandwiches, mini pineapple and cream cheese sandwiches, mini cucumber sandwiches mermaid lemonade and mermaid punch. For party favors, we made mermaid candles with cute little thank you tags. Our sweet girl had her own little cake and literally bathed in it! We had so much fun!
