Party Recap

“After the release of the movie Frozen, little girls around the globe have been enchanted by this movie magic and it songs. The adorable Coco asked her mom she wanted a magical Frozen Tea Party to celebrate her 5th birthday. Her mom, Liz Svatek, blogger of “One fabulous Mom Blog” hired MLC Event Planning to make her little girl dreams come true. Tones of aqua, shimmer silver, and magenta accent, were the inspiration color pallet of this sweet birthday party. A sparkling backdrop of silver shimmer fringe was used as the photo booth, decorated with Frozen letter in bright darker aqua letters, a stand up life size Olaf, and snowflakes strings. The photo booth also included party props signs, with the favorite quotes from the movie. For the tea party, long tables with white linens, were placed in the center of the room, where each place setting was beautifully decorated with a personalized glitter pencil snowflake wands, snowman napkins decor, beautiful magenta flowers centerpieces and blue sugar sticks to add color to lemonade cups. All the little girls enjoyed a delicious array of tea sandwiches and mini fruit cups, carefully prepared by Braemar’s Country Club head chef. The birthday girl got the princess treatment with a royal chair, inspired by her favorite character “Elsa” ice queen dress. A fantastic aqua ice blue sheer fabric and handmade crown was enjoyed by Coco.
This same fabric was used to create a ballroom gown like table skirt with tulle glitter pompoms for both dessert and favor table settings. The dessert table had the Beautiful princess “Ana” and princess “Elsa” doll cakes surrounded by cute “Olaf” cupcakes. MLC added a stunning backdrop made of handmade string of white glitter tulle pompoms and snowflakes garland to frame this sweet display. Candy jars were transformed into snow globes with the movie characters and added led lights were terrific. Then the favors (princess Ana and Elsa cookies) were display on silver plate trays, more snow globes and beautiful Handmade “COCO” letters in magenta and crystals.
Kids enjoyed the photo booth but were honored by the presence of Princess Elsa and Princess Ana, who made their great entrance to the song” Do you want to build a snowman?” And followed by the acclaimed “Let it go” song. They enjoyed story time, magic show, crafts and glitter tattoos.
Did I mention that the moms had a blast too? Well they enjoyed taking pictures with Olaf at the photo booth and enjoyed their glitter nail polish favor.
What a magic way to celebrate little princess Coco birthday! Dreams come true”!
