When the entire neighborhood's water shut off 30 min. before the party and for the rest of the night. Not great for bathrooms with 20 kids!!

Von, I make all my stuff in Microsoft Publisher...if you have that software, I can email you the WHOLE party package. Just give me your email and I'll zip it and email it over and you can customize it!
