Churro cupcakes just because I love to bake

I LOVE to bake and when I came across this churro cupcake recipe I HAD to make them. My friends were more than happy to come over and taste test them. Of course I can't just set the cupcakes out. I had to make a little party set up with them. I used peppers and succulents for décor, color, and to give it more of a party feel. While baking these cupcakes my kitchen smelled so good. The smell of cinnamon filled my kitchen. I stopped at a local Mexican restaurant to get fresh churros to top the cupcakes with. You could also use cinnamon twists from fast food taco places.

  We ate churro cupcakes. Some of the guests had two ;)

  I like to always offer a variety of drinks. Water, Jarritos, soda, milk and juice were available.

  The churro cupcakes.

  If there were any cupcakes left I would have sent them home with my guests but they were so good we ate them all.
