Party Recap

Our camping party started at 6:00 pm at the KIllingsworth Campground ( aka my mom's backyard) and we had a schedule, first campers were checked in, given a brochure, and wristband (glow in the dark bracelet). Then campers were fed and games were played. After games we did stories and s'mores by the campfire, sang happy birthday, then made trail mix for the movie. When the movie was over we had a dance party, scavenger hunt and played a bug find game. Time is now 12:30am, and the guest didn't want to leave , parents included. After the guest left that didn't prepare to stay the night, we finally got the kids settled in their tents and the adults continued having a good time. Finally went to bed and had a full breakfast the next morning. Everyone enjoyed themselves. And it was wonderful to see such big smiles on my girls faces and sharing our new found love for camping with everyone. Now I'm sure they will be ready to go camping with us, the next time we go!
