Party Recap

Because her name is Tiffany, for the guest of honor's 30th birthday celebration we chose a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" theme. While she chose for the party to be in the evening, she still opted to serve traditional breakfast cuisine for her "dinner" party.

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

On the dessert table, Oreo cookie cupcakes with white icing were topped with a fondant topper resembling a Tiffany box. Vanilla cupcakes were topped with blue icing and black, pearl, and silver edible beads. Matching the theme of the party, the black and white damask cake was topped with a mini cake in the shape of a Tiffany & Co. gift bag with a gift tag reading “Happy 30th Birthday Tiffany”.

  • Party Favors

Along with the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” champagne flute favors that guests used for their mimosas, mini blue gift boxes tied with white ribbon to resemble Tiffany & Co. gift boxes were filled with Hershey Kisses with custom “Happy 30th Birthday” stickers that matched the theme as well.

  • What People Ate

Although it was a dinner party, the guest of honor’s favorite meal of breakfast was served. The menu included a buffet of appetizer-sized breakfast items such as mini pancakes and waffles, butterscotch sticky buns, mini blueberry muffins, strawberry and nectarine yogurt parfait cups, and mini breakfast quiche. Also included on the buffet were catfish nuggets with cheese grits, croissants, southwestern potato scramble, sausage links, bacon, and a fruit tray. The breakfast menu went perfectly with the Breakfast at Tiffany’s theme of the party.

  • What People Drank

Mimosas were served to go along with the breakfast theme of the party. A blue punch was made to coordinate with the color of the party as a non-alcoholic beverage option.

Hello Kelly M. I used the Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid packets and mixed in orange juice and Sprite to make the blue a little lighter.
