Ben's 3rd Birthday Party

It was an unusually sunny and warm February afternoon so thankfully the kids were able to get outside and play on the playground that was behind the building! All of the signs and food labels were made by myself. The BEN letter above the fireplace were painted and designed by me and my husband. We've put them in our son's room (which is Thomas theme)

• What People Ate

  "Produce train w/ ranch dip" (celery, broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers & baby carrots), homemade pasta salad, homemade potato salad, assorted hoagie tray, buffalo chicken dip, pepperoni dip, spinach and artichoke dip, Philadelphia Pretzel Co. assorted tray and Chick-fil-A nuggets

• What People Drank

  Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, bottled water and assorted Honest Kids juice boxes

• Desserts

  Mini Cheesecakes, assorted cookies, chocolate/vanilla cake, fruit salad and "coal" (rice krispie treats w/ black food coloring)

• Party Favors

  Thomas cups filled with red tinsel, a flying disc, a small Thomas kaleidoscope, 4 Thomas stickers, a Thomas maze page and a Thomas spinning top. All favors were purchased at Party City and the tinsel was bought at the Dollar Store

• Activities / Games

  I set up 3 tables for the kids - color your own Thomas and Friends coloring pages, decorate your own sugar train cookie and design your own wooden train
