Party Recap
My daughter wanted both a tea party and to paint, so we did both. I got matching tea cups and saucers and a beautiful pink teapot from a flea market. I borrowed a photo op from a friend who does a dance camp (as well as the banner). I bought flowers from the dollar store and art supplies from the craft store. The rest was all things I had. I used Easter eggs to make tea cups for the dolls - which the girls used sharpies to decorate when they arrived. I made a table for the dolls from a cardboard box. I made PBJ sandwiches which I cut into the shape of a star, sugar wafers, strawberries, and pretzels. Her cake was a her photo as American Girl doll. Each party guest went home with a tea cup and saucer, photo (Instax), a lipstick pen, and their painting.
