Pass the tyre - when it landed on the person they got to pick a number which decided which race team they were going to be in and also i gave them their favour bags then to keep them occupied while waiting for the others to finish. The person who won got a race cup filled with jelly beans. They then raced in teams to find car parts to put their cars together and once together they had one driver who raced to the finish line. Home made pinata.
