Party Recap
It's time to Hula ! My eldest daughter Samantha turned 4 and knew exactly what kind of party she wanted " hula " also know as a luau , but my sweet baby calls it hula . Instead of going with the basic girly colors or rainbow colors of a typical luau , I decided to go with a vintage theme . An adorable little 1920's hula girl set the tone for the theme . Colors in orange, yellow and green with a little biting sparkle for fun . Polka dots, stripes and chevron print really helped make this party very cute and more girly . Knowing this was going to be a much smaller party I wanted to focus on the main dessert table . Handmade Pom Pom flowers , a grass skirt and goodies were just right . A drink station and the hawaiian food were both a huge hit ! I had so much fun bringing a little piece of Hawaii to Gilroy California .
