Ingredients

  • 2 Red Apples
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sugar

Instructions

  • Wash and dry your apples. Using the apple corer, take out the apple cores. Make sure all seeds are removed. If you have a mandoline slicer, slice the apples into thin slices. You can also carefully slice the apples with a large knife. If the slices are too thick they will not be as crispy.
  • After slicing all the apples, spread them out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the apples at 200 ℉ for one hour. Remove the apples from the oven and turn them over.
  • Continue to bake the apples for an additional 90 minutes or until apples are crispy.
  • Allow apples to cool before storing in an airtight container or ziploc bag.

Notes

Try adding cinnamon and sugar before you bake them for a sweeter variation.
Mix red and green apples for sweet and sour chips.
