Those who like me understand the kitchen and the mysteries that it stores, who choose to move between the cutting board and knifes, know that we have been awarded the privilege of sharing pleasure. Over time I have discovered that cooking is a gift that compensates all the other gifts that I lack.

And although it may seem a little thing, today I am proud to realize that I am the "dulce de leche" that summons, that "sticks" and meets affections. The camaraderie that occurs in a table full of perfumes is one of the greatest pleasures: it is the delight at its best exponent.
