This beautiful yellow chevron party hat will sit upon her head. 1st Birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The number 1 was die cut, covered with glitter then attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots and attached to a handmade striped medallion. A diecut and glittered name is added underneath. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
