Ready to ring in the New Year? This charades printable game is for those young and old. Play with your immediate family or with a larger group of friends.
Charades can be played with any type of word or phrase. There are two sets of rules for charades games. You can play based on points or based on time.

PLAY TWO WAYS:
▶︎ Charades Score Based on Points: Split your group into two teams. On each round, a team member takes a turn acting out the charade while their teammates try to guess. They cannot use any words. The team must guess correctly in a given 2 to 3 minute time. If the team guesses the charade in a set amount of time, give the team one point. If they do not guess correctly, they get zero points added to their score. At the end of all the rounds, the team with the most points wins.
▶︎ Charades Score Based on Time: Split your group into two teams. On each round, a team member takes a turn acting out the charade while their teammates try to guess. They cannot use any words. The team must guess correctly in a given 2 to 3 minute time. Keep track of how long it takes them to successfully guess and add that time to their score. If they do not guess correctly, the full time is added to their score. At the end of all the rounds, the team with the shortest time wins.
