These are fabric Wrist Rests that come as an EMPTY tube for you to fill with your choice of filler. The fabric tube comes EMPTY so you don’t have to pay shipping on a heavy item and so you get to determine what fill level gives you the best support. Simply open and fill with your choice of filler and close the end tight with the hook and loop. These can also be used for door stops, paper weights, a holder to keep your book open, a window wedge to keep a window propped open, book ends, balloon weights and more.

Heated Wrist Support (rice fill only) - If you fill your wrist support bag with RICE you can heat the filled bag in the microwave for a nice warm support for aching wrists and cold hands. Heat in 30 second increments for NO MORE than 1-2 minutes.

The end secures with a tight close using sewn in hook and loop across one end. The hook and loop goes end to end so no need for a liner. If you prefer your fill in a liner, insert a plastic bag (DO NOT HEAT) into the fabric tube, fill and then secure the plastic bag with a twist tie before closing the hook and loop at the end.

The tube is about 4 inches wide across when flat, and depth depends on how full you fill it. The length will vary depending on your choice of lengths. Choose 6 inches long up to 20 inches long.

Mouse only - choose a short length of 6 - 10 inch tube for just the mouse
Keyboard only or keyboard and mouse - choose a longer tube for part or all of the keyboard or keyboard and mouse. Measure the desired area carefully before ordering as custom size items are not returnable or refundable.

To wash: empty all contents, close the open end and flatten, then machine wash cold gentle cycle with similar colors or hand wash. Hang to dry, do not dry in the dryer.

To fill: open top, use a funnel or paper rolled like a funnel and fill with dry rice, small dry beans, micro plastic pellets (buy at a craft store) pea gravel, cedar granules, or something similar to a comfortable level. You want your wrists to rest comfortably so don't overfill. Fill more for a stiffer less flexible support or less for a more pliable moldable tube.
