This FULLY ASSEMBLED tassel garland is so elegant and unique. I used shimmery white tissue, gold mylar, and shiny gold dots to make this beautiful garland. Each tassel is wrapped at the top with gold washi tape and is tied to the twine so you can hang it at a deep swoop or from a balloon without the tassels slipping.
The tassels are 12" from top to bottom and the length of the garland comes in three sizes. See options at checkout.
All tassellove garlands are ready to hang right out of the box. This is NOT A KIT and NO ASSEMBLY is REQUIRED.
