- This is a set of Lincoln wheat pennies repurposed into cuff links. The backs of the pennies (wheat ears) are facing forward. However, you can choose from the above drop-down menu options if you want one face up or both tails (backs/wheat ears) up, as pictured.

- The visible side of each penny is lightly polished to bring out the details but not completely polished, so that some of the gorgeous, rustic vintage patina remains. However, you can select from the drop-down menu whether you want the pennies to NOT be polished at all or to be polished to as bright a shine as possible.

❶ "Polished?" -- You can select from among 3 polishing options:

◆ "NOT Polished" = the visible side of the each penny will NOT be polished at all. It will be left in whatever circulated condition it is found in.
◆ "Polished Lightly" = lightly polished so that some of the vintage patina remains but so that the raised areas (e.g., wheat ears, words, images, dates) are highlighted. This is how the wheat penny cuff links pictured are polished.
◆ "Polished" = polished to as bright a shine as possible

❷ "Heads/Tails?" -- You can select which side of the penny you want facing forwards (visible):

◆ "Both TAILS Up" = the back/reverse side with the wheat ears will be visible (as shown in the listing photographs) on both cufflinks
◆ "One Heads/One Tails" = the back/reverse side with the wheat ears will be visible on one penny cufflink and the heads/front side with the Lincoln image will be visible on the other cufflink
◆ "Both HEADS Up" = the heads/front side with the Lincoln image will be visible on both cufflinks

Please refer to the applicable scale information shown in the photos (i.e., the U.S. penny, the U.S. dime, the U.S. nickel, the ruler, etc.) and/or the listing description for actual dimensions. Remember, U.S. pennies are only 19mm across (roughly 3/4-inch or 0.75 inches), U.S. dimes are only 17.7mm across (less than 3/4-inch; roughly 0.70 inches), and U.S. nickels are only 21.2mm across (roughly 0.84 inches).

➽➽➽ NOTE: I do *not* stamp on the front & back of any single penny. Stamping on one side causes a slight "smudge" in the metal on the opposite side (because the metal is soft). If you stamp on both sides of the penny, one side of the stamped characters ends up slightly distorted. The only way to avoid this is to stamp the characters *very* lightly, which means they don't show up very well, even when darkened in. Thanks for understanding.

➽➽➽ All pieces are handcrafted by me. Spacing between, and depth of, hand-stamped letters, numbers, characters/images, etc., will vary slightly between, and within, items. These small variations add to the charm and unique nature of each piece. They are not imperfections.

- NOTE: The pennies will be approximately the same color/tone. However, depending on how the light hits them, different shades of the copper and the vintage patina show, as can be seen in the photos.

- These circulated wheat pennies date anywhere from 1950-1958 and will show some wear and scratches due to their age. If you want uncirculated, older, or proof pennies for your cuff links, please convo me about setting up a custom order.

☛ Each penny is mounted on a silver-plated (brass-based), toggle-back cuff link base and is adhered with industrial strength, permanent jewelry adhesive. These standard size cuff link bases (about 0.75 inches in length) are lead-free and nickel-free per the suppliers.

- The cufflinks will be packaged in a gold foil gift box, as pictured, ready to give as a gift. Comes from a smoke-free home.
