It's A Boy Banner with whale theme. This banner is made on 4x5 flag style chipboard; not flimsy card stock. The font is done in blue and I used a whale to separate the words. The banner is strung with light blue ribbon. To compliment this banner I added a 10 foot long garland which is made of card stock whales and hearts. The garland is sewn to sturdy thread and comes in one long strand.
