I've designed these around a few of my favorite fitness quotes and inspirational sayings; it's something you can enjoy looking at each day to remind you of your goals, and when it's all colored in, frame it and it will be a personal reminder of the challenge you've overcome.

It's hard to stay motivated when the scale just doesn't move but a fraction of a pound (or kilogram). But guess what? That single ounce or even GRAM is still PROGRESS!!

The other thing we get so hyper focused on is the END goal; but sometimes that goal is just too daunting. Once you purchase the file and the payment has fully processed, you will receive an email with the link to download your files. Or you can download them directly from your etsy page by going to "purchases and reviews"

HOW IT WORKS

1. INSTANTLY DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES
After payment, follow the link to your Etsy Download page (or find it on your Etsy Purchases page) and click on the Download Now button.

2. CHOOSE YOUR PAPER
All designs are formatted to print on US Letter (8.5 x 11) size paper but also print perfectly on A4 paper. We recommend printing on 80lbs white cardstock.

3. PRINT YOUR FILES
Print at home or take files to a print shop (ex: Staples, Office Depot, Kinkos, Fedex Copy Center).

When printing at a shop, we recommend calling them first, and emailing them directly with your edited file so there are no errors and the copy shop worker can help you out.

You CANNOT print the files as photos at a photo lab (they are not JPEG or photo file types) or at online photo print shops. If you need to convert your file into a JPEG for printing purposes, please send us a convo request and we will convert it for you
