Makes the confetti toss unique - choose your colors for these custom party poppers. Now with Rose Gold confetti option. Tissue paper is biodegradable, so it is safe to use outdoors! (Exceptions to biodegradable are metallic gold, metallic silver, black sparkle and rose gold.)
