This design has your custom monogram initials up top and your last name and established year at the bottom. You can order in large or small size so choose carefully. Prices vary depending on size. White background with blue design or reserve wine (both can be modified to your liking).

LISTING INCLUDES:
* Set of 10 wine labels printed on weatherproof self-adhesive paper.
* Size is 4"x5" if you choose LARGE and 3.3"x2.5" for the MINI size.
* SORRY WINE/CHAMPAGNE is not included! :(
