Packaging:
1) Vinyl Backdrops are rolled up tightly in a cylinder or box. 2) IF Creases or wrinkles appears place the banner—print side down—on a flat surface. Heat the non-printed surface with a hair dryer or steam iron at a low temperature until the wrinkles come out. We advise avoid using a hot iron.

3. Add the item(s) to your cart and complete purchase. Make sure to include correct SHIPPING ADDRESS (No P.O Box deliveries) and EMAIL ADDRESS ( Art proof file will be sent within 2-3 biz days from purchase).
4. No refunds or exchanges on Personalized Products. A replacement will be sent if there are Printing Issues or damage. We accept Cancellations within 6 hours from purchase.
