Once an order is placed we will follow up requesting all the details (size, color & text). Within 24-48 hours of receiving all information we will provide you with your first proof. From there we ask up to 24-48 hours for any additional changes requested. We have a max of 3 rounds of proofs before an additional fee of $5 is added per round.
If you are printing with us, upon receipt of your final approval, printing and shipping is 7 business daysAll shipments ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
