The toppers are made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. Glittered numbers, horses, and horseshoes are diecut and attached to patterned paper. The number piece is attached to the a scalloped circle with foam tape to give it dimension. A lollipop stick and satin ribbon finishes them off.

This listing is for a set of 12 all 3 styles (4 horses, 4 horseshoes and 4 numbers). If you prefer all of 1 style just let me know when you check out. Can also be personalized and can also make these in other colors and patterns.

Size of the toppers are approximately 4 7/8 inches long
