Constructed of chipboard backing covered in burlap fabric.
The edges are shaded in brown.
Eight pennants measure 4 inches wide and 5.5 inches at the longest point.
Hearts are die cut from specialty paper and measure approx 3.25 inches.
Banner is strung on twine with 12 additional inches at each end.
Banner as shown measures approx. 55 inches, the panels can be adjusted on the twine.
