Details**
The banner was made with heart shaped cardstock hearts (light-weight enough to hang with only scotch tape)
Each shape has been machine cut from cardstock and strung on matching ribbon just like the ONE banner -
The ONE high chair banner was made with 4x4 cardstock squares.. - also strung on matching ribbon with bows.
3rd photo shows how to attach your photo - Just a simple piece of tape :)

I ship all items within the US via USPS First-class mail. The delivery time for First-class mail is usually 2 to 5 days. International orders are shipped USPS first class mail. The delivery time for first class mail is 1 to 3 weeks depending on location. I cannot guarantee this. This is simply what I have observed. Just to be sure, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on international orders.
