This is an Unlimited Reproductions Extended License for Commercial Use.
This license is for a single pack/set. If you wish to use another pack or set commercially; in the same way, then you must purchase another Unlimited Reproductions Extended License or alternatively, you can purchase an Unlimited Reproductions Extended License Bundle.
There will be no Artwork (pack/set) supplied with this license. Artwork is to be purchased separately

HOW THE LICENSE WORKS
Personal Use and Small Commercial Use (as defined in the GoneDigital Etsy Policies) is included with all purchases as standard.
The Unlimited Reproductions Extended License grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the selected Artwork from the GoneDigital store.
The Unlimited Reproductions Extended License broadens what is allowed with your purchase of any Artwork.
You are licensed to use the Artwork to create unlimited units or copies of your End Product, and the End Product may be Sold.
Acceptable Usage Of Artwork
An End Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort.
(a) For any Artwork that is a template, the End Product is a customised implementation of the Artwork.
For example, the Artwork is a magazine template and the End Product is the finished magazine.
(b) For other types of Artwork, an End Product is something that incorporates the Artwork as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the original Artwork.
For example, the Artwork is a set of clip art and the End Product is a mobile app for sale.
With the Unlimited Reproductions Extended License you may use Artwork purchased from the GoneDigital Etsy store for the following End Products:
• advertising (digital and print). This includes but is not limited to videos, apps and company websites with unlimited impressions, views and/or visits.
• printing on merchandise for sale. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, totes, canvases, paper and stationery.
• your own design work for hire as long as the purchased Artwork is less than one-third of the total piece. For example, ‘Scrap for Hire (S4H)’ projects.
• You may use GoneDigital’s Artwork in applications allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application. However you will need to purchase an Unlimited Reproductions Extended License for each Artwork pack or set purchased from the GoneDigital store on Etsy.
Examples of “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” applications: website builders, “create your own” slideshow apps, e-card generators and sites such as Cafe Press, Zazzle and Spoonflower.
• You can create the End Product for a client, however the license is not transferable. They will need to purchase their own license in order to do the things set out in this license agreement including re-production and re-sale.
• You can modify or manipulate the Artwork. You can combine the Artwork with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of the Unlimited Reproductions Extended License.
• This license is a “multi-use” license which means that you can use the Artwork to create more than one unique End Product. There are no limits to the combined units or copies of each unique End Product.
For example you can make and sell unlimited units/copies of a tote bag incorporating the licensed Artwork and unlimited units/copies of a book cover incorporating the licensed Artwork.
Prohibited Usage Of Artwork
• You may not use GoneDigital’s Artwork in logos or in work that is claimed to be “original” or “exclusive”.
• You may not claim Artwork as your own.
• You are prohibited from including GoneDigital’s Artwork in layered files where the original image can be extracted. If including in a design, please flatten the image before sharing files.
• You may not re-distribute or offer the Artwork as stock, in a tool or template, as a freebie, or with source files. You may not do this with any Artwork either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Artwork.
• You may not re-distribute or make available the Artwork as-is or with superficial modifications.
For example: You are prohibited from licensing a number of clip art Artwork, and re-distribute/re-sell them as a clip-art pack.
• Although you can modify the licensed Artwork and therefore delete components before creating your End Product, you may not extract and use a single component of an Artwork as your End Product on a stand-alone basis.
For example: You license a clip art set. You can delete unwanted individual clip art from the file. But you are prohibited from extracting and using one aspect of an individual clip art to distribute as-is. This is deemed as superficial modifications and is not permitted under the license.
• You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Artwork and use it separately from the End Product.
• You are prohibited from using any Artwork in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
Legalities
By purchasing and using any Artwork commercially in conjunction with this license you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
Your rights to use any Artwork are subject to this license, and you shall enter into this agreement after having downloaded any Artwork.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of your employer, client or other entity, you warrant and guarantee that you have the full right and authority to do so. If you do not have such authority, your purchase of this license will be considered a breach of the license.
GoneDigital retains ownership of all Artwork but grants you the license on these terms.
