Step 2: Print on white cardstock paper (8 Β½ x 11= Letter Size)

Step 3: Cut out each cupcake topper and glue or tape onto a paper straw, lollipop stick, or toothpick!

Step 4: Cut out Cupcake wrappers

Step 5: Cut slit where indicated, wrap and insert tab so that tab is on inside of wrapper.

Step 6: Enjoy!
