These adorable twin party hats will sit upon their heads.1st Birthday wishes are being said.

The hats were made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and toppers were made by hand. The numbers were die cut and then attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots and to a handmade medallion. Diecut names are added below the numbers. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chins or back of the heads to keep the hat on.

Size of the hats are 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.

Can be made in other colors and patterns, and for b/b or g/g twins too.
