This listing is for (1) digital PDF printable of 2 1/2" circle party favor thank you tags. No printed material will be shipped - you will need to print the file yourself. Simply print on a home printer, use a 2 1/2" circular punch to cut them out (or scissors), punch a hole and use string to attach to your party favor or goody bag!

When purchasing these party favor tags, you will receive 5 designs with your child's name and age in them, customized by me. Each design features a different fruit and matching slogan (words in parentheses will be customized):

1) your child's name
2) your child's age
3) your email address so I can send you the digital file
4) if you will be using a 2 1/2" circular punch to cut these out, or if you will be using scissors to hand cut (makes a difference in how I set up the file -thanks!)
