You can print at FedEx, Stables, Office Max, Wal-Mart, Kinkos or Costco with their affordable large poster size prints that are great quality. A Wal-Mart Kiosk is a great option for a last minute print. You can also use online resources like Shutterfly or Zazzle to print your file.
To keep the "chalkboard" effect, print on good quality matte white card stock. Then you can either glue to poster board or frame. (Remove the glass from the frame to give it a more authentic chalkboard look)
