** 2-3 Day Processing: a digital file will be sent to you within 2 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for you to proof. Any orders that come in on Friday after 3pm Pacific Time will be processed on Monday of the next week.
** 24 Hour Rush Processing: a digital file will be sent to you with-in 24 hours of your purchase for you to proof. (no day restrictions)

** Proofing: Once you have approved your proof just download it from the Etsy Convo/Message to you. Make sure to open it to full size then save file to your computer to get a full size image.
