Clean and crisp die cuts letters and the planes with balloons have been crafted from acid free cardstock and permanently attached.
The edges are inked in Black and the banner is strung on White twine with multicolor ribbon accents on each end.
The top banner measures approx 34 inches long with an additional 18 inches of twine on each end.
The lower banner measures approx 12 inches long with an additional 24 inches of twine on each end.
The colors used in this banner are Royal Blue, Red and Yellow.
