This banner is made on white, sturdy chipboard pieces that measure 4x5 inch. The font is done in baby blue and I strung the banner with a light blue satin ribbon. The banner is featured with a 10 foot long garland that is made with card stock teddy bears and hearts. Each teddy bear measure 3 inch and the heart measures 2 inch.
