Tassel garland is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper and built on satin ribbon or decorative rope with tassels 14" 35cm length. Tassels can be easily moved around so you can create a fuller or sparse look. Garlands are made with 6" (20 cm) of string on each end for tying.
Tassels can be on a matching ribbon, twine or decorative rope. Please choose at the drop down menu.
If you wish any any colors from the pallet can be used or changed. Just add a note at the checkout with your colors.
