Normal turnaround time with standard shipping in the U.S. is 7-14 business days from the time you order till the time you receive your tags. Normal turnaround time with priority shipping is 7. The proof is sent to make sure we have not made a mistake on the shape, color, name, date, ect. If for any reason you decide you want to see a change after the initial proof it will cost extra.
