How it works:

3. In notes to seller include the following information:
* First Name
* Age
* Date of Birth
* Favorite Foods (4)
* Favorite Toys (4)
* Height
* Weight
* Things I love (up to 10), list in order of favorites to least favorites

4. A proof will be sent to you within 48 hrs via message for your approval, if there are no changes to be made i will email your printable file to your email address on your Etsy account.

5. Take your pdf file to Costco, Walmart, Target, Staples, Office Depot or print in at home depending on size of file is selected.
