Our Metallic Rods are not made from macaroni.
They are made with the same ingredients as our matte & pearl rods.
Our metallic rod pieces are sugar coated in a non-toxic silver & gold food color.
These colors have been approved for consumption in the EU & Canada, but have not yet been evaluated by the USA FDA.
For this reason, they are labeled "For Decorative Use Only".

~Rods are approximately 1/8" x 7/8"
~Packed in a resealable bag for reuse and storage.
