Garland has been machine sewn using cardstock shapes of circles and shamrocks.

I ship all banners within the US via USPS First-class mail. The delivery time for First-class mail is usually 2 to 5 days. International orders are shipped USPS first class International mail. The delivery time for International is 2-4 weeks depending on location. We can not guarantee this. This is simply what we have observed.
