IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Your banner will arrive with string, a needle and your die cut letters that have precut holes for stringing. Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly.

MEASUREMENT - The balloon garland measures 3 ft, the letters on the Happy Halloween banner each measure approximately 6 inches in height and width varies by letter.

SHIPPING - This kit will ship within 1 or 2 business days

BALLOON/S - Foil / Mylar balloon is self sealing, fill with helium to inflate. Latex balloons, fill with air to inflate.
