These Glitter cupcake toppers/party circles are so cute! These adorable designs are perfect for making your own cupcake toppers, favor tags, lollipop labels and more! Just print the designs on card stock or any paper of your choice, then punch out the designs with a 2" circle punch or scallop punch and attach the circles to lollipop sticks with glue. Each circle is approximately 2 inches.
