This listing is for a Giant 36" Clear Confetti Filled Balloon with Tassel Tail.

Colors used for Confetti and Tassel Tail: Cerise, Gold Tissue, Gold Mylar and White with Black stripes.

You can CHOSE YOUR OWN COLORS from color chart in last picture. Please leave me a note at checkout.

Balloons will arrive deflated and filled with confetti. You can take them to your local party store and have them filled with helium or buy a portable helium tank and fill it at home.

TASSEL TAIL: Made of 8 Tissue Tassels tied in a white natural cord.

Tassels are full and each measure 14" long.
