NOTE: You will likely need a handpump and glue dots, but have made it optional since you might have them or they would come in any of our DIY Balloon Arch Kits so make sure to select the correct option for you! Pumps and dots are 9.99
Orders without a handpump will be delivered via USPS in a flat envelope. Handpump orders will come via USPS in a box.
